McAlvain Construction

Corporate Headquarters

Situated just beyond the bustling city limits of Boise, Idaho, this remarkable headquarters stands as a testament to innovative design and sustainable practices. The project is the culmination of an extensive and meticulously planned renovation, both interior and exterior, accompanied by a moderate yet impactful expansion. In this ambitious endeavor, the architect worked in close collaboration with Mcalvain to breathe new life into an old metal storage structure, transforming it into a modern corporate office that meets the needs of today’s businesses.

Originally, the building was an 8,000 square foot single-story structure, characterized by its utilitarian metal-clad exterior, which served its purpose as a storage facility but lacked the aesthetic appeal and functionality required for a contemporary office environment. Through the renovation process, the structure has been skillfully reimagined and expanded, now boasting a spacious two-story layout that covers more than 11,300 square feet. This significant increase in space allows for a more dynamic work environment, fostering collaboration and creativity among employees.
