Completed in June of 2021, Jac Architecture worked with Hexacorp to provide a 3,500 S.F. full floor interior tenant improvement to an existing cold shell building situated off Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California. The new corporate office design goal was to center on the expansive window views of the Pacific Ocean. By minimizing perimeter offices and maximizing the use of interior glass partitions, the natural light is abundant and fills nearly every corner of the floor plan. An open ceiling with exposed infrastructure and polished concrete floors throughout contributes to the modern industrial feel in this corporate office.
